Cindy Curtis
A lifelong “house nut” Cindy was a math teacher before officially entering the world of real estate. The discipline and work ethic necessary to be a successful teacher has been an essential ingredient to her real estate career.
Cindy has an innate talent for staging a home, and also believes that having open lines of communication helps educate her clients throughout the many steps of the real estate transaction.
My Passion: Balancing my real estate with my family, friends, and fun. Making a difference for others.
My Goal: Helping each of my clients achieve their goal- whether buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
My Devotion: Be there for my clients whenever needed- I am a quick call away anytime, not just during the sale.
My Life: An LSU graduate, I settled in Sun City, in Georgetown, TX. With this as my home base and my family all nearby, I am able to work, play tennis and pickleball, and travel… and enjoy my grandbabies.

We highly recommend Cindy.
If you’re wanting a realtor that truly listens to your wants/wishes and provides a personal experience, then go with Cindy. We were moving across Texas & had a big circle around the “Austin metro” to begin our search. As you can imagine, that’s pretty overwhelming. Cindy knew all the right questions to ask to help us identify what we wanted in a home, but also in a community, and then delivered. We made a weekend trip to narrow on an area and didn’t expect to find our new home, but she armed us well! When we received an offer on our current home, we were able to quickly turn around and make our own. Not only is Cindy passionate & good at what she does, she’s truly a joy to be around. Bringing humor and “real talk” to keep us grounded, I felt like I was house hunting with a good friend. What could have been a miserably exhausting weekend, was a fun scavenger hunt. We highly recommend Cindy.
If you partner with her, you won't be disappointed!
As a first-time home buyer who was relatively new to the Austin area, I was slightly nervous to dive into the large world of real-estate searching. There were so many options in so many different areas. Do I want North, South, East, or West? Am I trying to buy low and fix it up, or buy something already flipped? Needless to say, I felt overwhelmed and Cindy put an end to that immediately. She sent me a handful of options that fit my aesthetic and budgetary parameters. She took her time to get to know me and my needs to help me find the best fit out there. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and, my favorite quality is her ability to visualize the potential a house may have. She found me the perfect fixer-upper at a great price and helped me remodel it too! In my opinion, there are a few bullet points that need to be checked with any real-estate agent:
– Organized
– Knowledgeable/Informed about the area
– Attentive (can contact them anytime with questions and get prompt responses)
– Honest
– Creative (really great if you want to buy low and make it your dream home)
Cindy checks all five! If you partner with her, you won’t be disappointed!
You won't be disappointed with Cindy as your realtor!
I highly recommend Cindy, whether you’re buying or selling. Cindy is very knowledgeable about the selling process. She came in and staged our home beautifully, with no budget for staging! She explained each part of the process and was always available when I called with a question. You won’t be disappointed with Cindy as your realtor!
Trust me when I say, you will be happy to have her in your corner.
From my experience, there are realtors, and then there are experts. Without question, Cindy falls into the latter category. In today’s real estate market, buyers must be prepared to move quickly. In order to do so, we need to be organized, informed, and we must have a realistic view of expectations. Cindy is able to provide all of these things, while still offering top notch customer service. She was available 24/7 to help us navigate the entire home buying process—from searching for houses, to contract negotiations, all the way through closing time. This may have been my first experience with Cindy, but it certainly will not be the last. I HIGHLY recommend using Cindy for any real estate needs. Trust me when I say, you will be happy to have her in your corner.
She was always available.
Cindy was very helpful each step of buying and selling. She explained what was going to happen and gave guidance along the way. She was always available.
She made the whole process for buying and selling so easy!
Cindy was our realtor for buying and selling our house. From our first contact we felt comfortable with her knowledge, experience and communication. She was always available to guide us through each phase, explaining what would happen next. She made the whole process for buying and selling so easy!
We couldn't have done it without her!
Having to shop for a house from out of state, and without really knowing the various Austin neighborhoods, we really needed her advice on how to find the house and neighborhood that best suited us. Thank goodness we found her. Cindy Curtis had a good method for narrowing down the options and zeroing in on the best solution. She gave us reliable information and warned us about some risks and potential problems. We relied on her advice and everything she told us was correct. We found the right house and the sale closing went totally smoothly. We could not be more pleased. As two professional career people, we appreciated her professionalism and tireless optimism. We couldn’t have done it without her!
intelligent, experienced, excellent negotiation skills, listens to your wants and needs, understands what is needed to complete the sale.

Was able on my property to negotiate the fare and amenities. As the seller had moved out of state she was able to set up the closing virtual. She arranged the paperwork notarized and delivered to the title company in a timely manner.
She went above and beyond her responsibilities in representing us when travel became impossible.
Cindy was instrumental in finding the exact home we were looking for in Sun City, Georgetown. I can’t imagine that anyone has more knowledge of Sun City than Cindy. It really was impressive how much she knew of the various models, neighborhoods and the many facilities in the Sun City community. She also was tremendously supportive through a trying closing during the pandemic. She went above and beyond her responsibilities in representing us when travel became impossible. Without Cindy we would not be enjoying life in Georgetown today.
I would definitely recommend working with Cindy Curtis whether you’re trying to buy or sell.
Cindy helped me when I didn’t even know what I wanted. I had mentioned casually the idea of living in a condo and I showed her a couple that I was interested in. She found some that were even better… And I have not even known about or considered. She was able to immediately get us appointments to look at a couple of places. Once I found what my heart was set on it all went so fast… She was never pushy or made me feel like I needed to make a certain decision as I was going back and forth between 2 different places. She listened to me, even though I know I probably drove her crazy with all the questions about going from home to a condo. She shared lots of personal experiences. I felt like I was working with a friend not a realtor which was nice because buying a home is a huge decision.
In the process of selling my home I feel like Cindy deserves even more kudos… my process was challenging and a little more difficult than I thought it was going to be. We started off on the market and got a full price offer within 12 hours. Things kind of fell apart and Cindy never gave up hope. She gave me recommendations for things to do and referrals of people to help. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting a fair price for my home. As a teacher I don’t have a lot of flexibility during the day to do things and she worked with me in my schedule. We did end up selling for full price a little bit later and Cindy was there as a cheerleader and encourager the whole way. I would definitely recommend working with Cindy Curtis whether you’re trying to buy or sell.
