We didn’t know too much about Sun City and we thought we wanted to live in Central Austin. Cindy showed us options in Austin but encouraged us to “just look” in Sun City. As a first-time home buyer who was relatively new to the Austin area, I was slightly nervous to dive into the large world of real-estate searching. I was referred to Sue by a friend and Sue found me a condo but come to find out the condo had damage from the next door neighbors which was in dispute. I was unable to move into the condo and I had weeks to find a new place before my lease was up. I called Sue on a Tuesday with my concens and she had another place hand picked out for me (meeting all of my requirements) by Saturday. Sue helped in staging my house and guided my every step of the way from pre-inspection, appraisal, and sale dates. She brought in a professional photographer and made an excellent video of my property. My home sold in one day negating the need to for the Open House she planned for the first weekend, but I appreciated that she had that planned. Was able on my property to negotiate the fare and amenities. As the seller had moved out of state she was able to set up the closing virtual. She arranged the paperwork notarized and delivered to the title company in a timely manner.

Cindy was instrumental in finding the exact home we were looking for in Sun City, Georgetown. I can’t imagine that anyone has more knowledge of Sun City than Cindy. It really was impressive how much she knew of the various models, neighborhoods and the many facilities in the Sun City community. Cindy helped me when I didn’t even know what I wanted. I had mentioned casually the idea of living in a condo and I showed her a couple that I was interested in. She found some that were even better… And I have not even known about or considered. She was able to immediately get us appointments to look at a couple of places. Once I found what my heart was set on it all went so fast… She was never pushy or made me feel like I needed to make a certain decision as I was going back and forth between 2 different places. She listened to me, even though I know I probably drove her crazy with all the questions about going from home to a condo. She shared lots of personal experiences. In the process of selling my home I feel like Cindy deserves even more kudos… my process was challenging and a little more difficult than I thought it was going to be. We started off on the market and got a full price offer within 12 hours. Things kind of fell apart and Cindy never gave up hope. She gave me recommendations for things to do and referrals of people to help. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting a fair price for my home. As a teacher I don’t have a lot of flexibility during the day to do things and she worked with me in my schedule. We did end up selling for full price a little bit later and Cindy was there as a cheerleader and encourager the whole way.
